Colorado every month of the year. Summer high temps in the lower elevation areas of
eastern Colorado where this property is located, as well as in the mountain foothills
including Colorado Springs and Trinidad, and other communities along the I-25, reach into
the low 80's, with morning lows in the 50s. In the mountain regions, summer highs reach
the mid 80's, with lows in the 50's. In the winter months, daily highs average near 40
degrees, while lows hovering around 15 degrees. Humidity in Colorado is very low.
